I have been working with NetLogical for only 2 months now, but I am greatly impressed with their service. When I first started shopping for a web-hosting company, I was leery of using one that sold "pre-designed templates" <<NetLogical's comment: Not all our websites use pre-designed templates.  The websites can be directed to use your own custom design.>>, but I also didn’t have the budget to pay for a custom design. Now that I am accustomed to all the features of their software, it really is versatile and I’m able to do all the things I need to do to make my customer experience pleasant and easy to navigate.

Thank you Netlogical for making the process of setting up my website a snap. I have had my Create-A-Book Value plan website for over a year and I love it. You literally did and had everything I needed. Everyone thinks I'm the whiz kid, when it is actually you!

Not only does my site do what I need it to do, the maintenance is simple, your service is affordable, thorough and fast.  Your company had my website up and running in a day or 2 at the most.  The most difficult thing I had to do was decide how to charge for shipping. I am not an experienced web designer, far from it.  But with your website designs, maintenance and service I have not needed to know much. Thank you for your efficiency. When I have had questions, you have always answered them promptly and thoroughly.  When I have not wanted to ask, I have found the help I need in your help menus. The wording is clear, concise and covers very close to all the questions a novice website owner would have.  I have referred your company in the past, and I will continue to refer your company in the future.

You guys are doing a GREAT job optimizing. After the "recent arrivals" and "related products" were added I jumped from cyberspace to the top 20 of personalized children's books in Google. (not an easy feat!) I had done a lot on my own with links etc. but couldn't get that extra something. Those optimizations must have been that little extra!! I'll let you know how this adding the categories works as soon as Google and Yahoo crawl my site (usually daily).

I've attended a eCommerce workshop last night, and I am going again tonight.  It's been really helpful with ideas about websites and how to use them for your business.  They had two speakers from Washington, and they really liked the set-up on mine (website) and a lot of the features that were offered through Netlogical.  So thumbs up for you'all!  ... I was also able to tell them that when I do have a question or problem, the response and help from Netlogical is always prompt.  They were sharing stories about a lot of designers and to beware because sometimes if you run across a problem you can't get a response or a solution from them until a week or so.  So, I (and I know your other customers) appreciate that (your prompt responses) also.

I've installed the interactive book review feature on my website, and it works great!  I'm looking forward to NetLogical adding more interactive books in the future.

Please pass along the fact that I love all the new color schemes that are now being offered. I've already changed my website for Valentine's Day, and I plan to change with every holiday. There is also a nice variety for everyday use.

I've been recommending NetLogical to everyone I know. The maintenance pages for the website are really easy to use and flexible. The customer service is excellent - I always get quick responses to any questions or problems I have. I'm never made to feel like I've asked a dumb question.

I would highly recommend Netlogical to anyone trying to set up an Internet site for the first time. Even though I know a lot about design, I didn't know a hoot about setting up a website.  I was shooting so many emails with questions back and forth, and no sooner I sent an email I got a response back in no time with all my questions answered one by one.
 
Never did I got the impressions that my constant email questions were causing these guys to climb the walls screaming "Leave me alone". Never a hint of impatience, rudeness, or go "Do it yourself" attitude. Excellent customer support!  Hats off to Netlogical!  Hope I can do business with you for years to come, and would recommend that others do the same. Thanks again for your all help.

I am writing to spotlight and commend your employees for the "unmatched" customer service that I received. First is Jose. His never-ending patience and clear explanations of my tons of questions made it very easy for me to sign up with Netlogical. All of his responses were prompt and detailed, yet not "techie". Jose helped me even into the wee hours of the night and early morning. It was as if Jose was right in the next room. I must say, I wasn't too desirable of emailed help support. But, Jose's emails were so precise, clear, and down-to-earth it seemed as if I was having a live conversation on the phone with him (and not using email to communicate). Jose walked me setup my website and was still right by my side to make sure that I could log on and navigate around properly. Thanks for all of your help Jose!

I must thank you - the new website is smooth as silk!  Looks like things are heating up for the Christmas season and we are working on our rankings in the search engines, yet the site is working like a charm and is a joy to work  with- I love it!!  Being able to choose graphics, the extra pages, the new  look for product display, it's like having a dream machine.
I'm extremely excited that my customers will soon be able to edit their personalization information during check out.  This will be a vital tool I've not had before and will be crucial in avoiding many of those spelling  mistakes people tend to make even with information about their own kids.
... these sites are the best I've seen.  Certainly those who don't have  experience creating websites will be able to have a quality site with your system and still have control over how their website looks.
